Pre-Registration - New Policy as of 1-19-08
For pre-registration send me your name and email.
I will keep a list sorted by date of receipt.
Once the list is full or the registration date has approached,
I will inform all preregistered participants, that it is necessary to make their deposit to get registered.
Without registration a client's spot can not be guaranteed and can be lost to a person that is making a down-payment.
Registration
- Cordyceps Expedition: February 4, 2008
- Summer Fungal & Botanical Forays: February 19, 2008 (date moved up).
(The objective is to have clarity regarding the tour as early as possible, meaning we have reached critical mass in regard of participants to make the tour happening so that committed participants can go ahead and buy their plane tickets).
At this point please send me your name, address and email and include a check or money order over US$600
In case of cancellation by participant $500 will be refunded until:
February 1, 2008 for the Cordyceps Expedition
February 19, 2008 for the Summer Fungal & Botanical Forays
Full payment (minus pre-registration if applicable)
is due on the following dates:
- Cordyceps Expedition: March 15, 2008
- Summer Fungal & Botanical Foray: June 15, 2008.
I will infrom you regarding the exact amount. Prices advertised are depending on a minimum of participants.
(Also changes in exchange rates and other uncertainties could change prices.)

Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation by MushRoaming due to insufficient registration full amount will be returned.
Upon reception of cancellation notification the following fees apply:
90-60 days prior to trip departure $600
59-30 days prior to trip departure $1500
less than 30 days prior to trip departure no refund.
It is recommended that participants purchase a travel insurance that covers not only medical emergencies, but also cancellation costs.
