For pre-registration send me your name and email.

I will keep a list sorted by date of reception.

Once the list is full or the registration date has approached,

I will inform all preregistered participants, that it is necessary to make their deposit to get registered.

Without registration a client's spot can not be guaranteed and can be lost to a person that is making a down-payment.

For registration to secure a spot, please send me your name, address and email and include a check or money order over US$ 600.

In case of cancellation by participant, $500 will be refunded until Full payment date (see below).

"Early Bird" registration: If you pay in full before the dates listed above, you will receive a

Early bird calculation: take the lowest price of the tour - assuming we reach 12 people, ignore single room costs [if you like too], and deduct the full early bird bonus.

Paying this amount i.e. for the summer foray: $3250-$150 = $3100, qualifies you for the bonus.

Four weeks before departure, we will know the actual group size, and thus final costs. And at this point we will also address the single room availability - there is always single rooms available, but not always people to partner up.

And please remember if we have to cancel the journey due to circumstance beyond our control (i.e. area closed to tourists, political upheaval, civil war and so called "acts of god", we will refund your money in full minus a administrative fee of $300.

(The objective is to have clarity regarding the tour as early as possible, meaning we have reached critical mass in regard of participants to make the tour happening so that committed participants can go ahead and buy their plane tickets).

For registration after these dates there is a late fee of $150

I will inform you regarding the exact amount. Prices advertised are depending on a minimum of participants.

(Also big changes in exchange rates and other uncertainties could change prices, but so far that was never necessary.)

I can accept Paypal payments which allows you to use your credit card. However, please add 3% to your total for their charges.

Upon reception I will provide a receipt, and an information file including a liability waiver.

In case of cancellation by MushRoaming due to insufficient registration the full amount of payment will be returned.

Upon reception of cancellation notification from participant the following fees apply:

90-60 days prior to trip departure $600

59-30 days prior to trip departure $1500

less than 30 days prior to trip departure: no refund.

It is recommended that participants purchase a travel insurance

that covers not only medical emergencies, but also cancellation costs.
